Payments for Resee AI are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a full refund.
The 14-day cancellation period begins the day after the purchase is completed.
To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly through their order support at https://paddle.net.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, refunds may not be available.
Subscription services can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing but does not refund unused time in the current billing period.
